The worst ever customer service. Unprofessional staff. 3 at two different locations and all have the same attitude. Only one cat their main office was professional. No delivery confirmation. Just horrible all the way around. Order number: 47029. Their staff can’t even look up an order stating it’s not there. They can’t find it by name or by phone number. Screenshot is proof of order. These guys should be closed. What a shame.
This is my favorite florist shop! I go here for everything from pick-me-up bouquets to funeral arrangements. The people who run it are so very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. They have cards and gifts as well.
