Last summer (2023) I traded in the car I bought from Thrifty 4 years ago. My other car wasn't paid off yet but Thrifty gave me more than the payoff and more than I expected. There was a problem with the engine and Dave, the owner, offered to either buy back the car or put a new engine in and offered me a better warranty than their original one. This is one of the most preposterous reviews I've ever gotten. We professionally appraised your vehicle on a set test drive route to accurately evaluate it so as to try to get you top dollar for it. No damage was done to it without question. We don't place GPS trackers on our own vehicles nor even possess them at the dealership so would certainly have no reason to put one on yours.
