Do not rent from thrifty
I rented a car from Thrifty and agreed to a rate of $56/day. When I returned the car early, they charged me $181/day plus an extra $93 for a few hours — with no warning or disclosure of these extra fees anywhere in my rental agreement or estimate. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Extremely disappointed with their lack of transparency and poor customer service. Would NOT recommend renting from Thrifty if you want clear, fair pricing.
