Absolutely horrible customer service! I made a reservation on line for a Nissan Rogue (or similar) for a 1:00 PM pick-up next day. Arrived at facility next day at 12.48 PM. 6 people we already there waiting. No "customer service" reps to be seen. One lady said she had been waiting for over a half hour. At 1:03 PM I knocked firmly on the "employees only" door. A large fellow came out of the "employees only" door and yelled "who knocked on that door." I said I did and that we wanted service.
