I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. We reserved a compact vehicle more than a week in advance and arrived early for pickup. Despite having a reservation, the vehicle we reserved was not available. We were told the only option was a larger vehicle that cost approximately $200 more.
