Thrifty is pure trash!!!! They offer this location on their website, but when you arrive here there is nothing there. If you are lucky enough to actually get a live person on the phone, they could care less, and do nothing to help your situation. I will never use thrifty again. I will be fighting your fraudulent charges as well!!
This location does not exist. Spent an hour looking for it, because no one answered the phone. A recorded message continue to post this address, but vendors inside the Capital One center confirmed it had closed. Had to drive to DC airport, was told there would be no additional charge, then received a receipt a few hours later showing that Thrifty had charged our credit card an extra $500 dollars. Absolute fraud.
