This is the worst place I’ve ever tried to rent a car from. I made a reservation yesterday for a full-size pickup truck. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car for me and told me to come back tomorrow. They also said they couldn’t give me another car until then. I spent hours waiting, and they told me the manager was not in the office, so there was no one I could contact at that moment. Worse customer service. Very unhelpful and very non professional team. First and last time there, didn't even take a car I paid for. Never use this company.

Worse car rental company on the planet. They charge $10 per toll if you don’t buy the toll pass with them, they do not disclose that they charge $10 per toll.

The front desk lady is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. If you can rent from anywhere else I would!
