Rented a car for 2 nights, first day no issues at all until the control lights on care said 1 low tires and time to service car. We got home and seen the tires with low air We called thrifty to get some advice on what to do and we were told that they would send a tow truck to tow the vehicle back and that then we could get a new vehicle and that then they would put the price of the tow on our bill. I never post reviews and I will always just suck it up rather than complain but this is crazy. I rented a car for two and a half days - the day I picked up the tire pressure warning light came on. I called the office when they opened - no answer. I called roadside assistance (who were very rude) and they told me I’d have to pay for my a towing service since I have the regular insurance and didn’t get the “premium insurance.” I asked if I could fill the tire with air myself and was told I could, so I did. I rented a pick up truck for 12pm. Received a call at 9am stating no pick up was available . Instead I was told the Area Manager had a pick up truck available at the airport. So they gave me a rental to switch out at the airport. When we arrived there was NO knowledge of any conversation about a pick up truck, they had NO PICK UP TRUCKS AVAILABLE. I was billed for a day rental. And never got a rental.
