I rented a pick up truck for 12pm. Received a call at 9am stating no pick up was available . Instead I was told the Area Manager had a pick up truck available at the airport. So they gave me a rental to switch out at the airport. When we arrived there was NO knowledge of any conversation about a pick up truck, they had NO PICK UP TRUCKS AVAILABLE. I was billed for a day rental. And never got a rental.

Carrental THRIFTY (operates under HERTZ) offered a very convenient customer experiences on 24/JUL/2025. Mr. A Blanks was very helpful and in under 6 min I had the carkeys to head to the rentalcar. The KIA I rented was very clean outside and inside. I was assured the gastank is full (12/12), yet it was at 10/12 after 1 mile of driving it. Currently still renting, so will update further once car has been returned. Kind regards

Excellent location at the main train station at Market Street. Friendly staff and swift service. No hassle. And if you're lucky you get a nice upgrade. My Toyota Corolla turned into a Jeep Compass. Office in the main hall of the station, pick-up and drop-off one level below. NB Remember where you get out and have to enter again (Arch Street). The traffic around the station is a bit of a hassle.

Disappointed that the actual hours of operation don't match the recorded message information when I called. Had to change my plans big time because it says they're open until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday but when I got there at 12:30, tumbleweeds were blowing... And by the way it's impossible to reach an actual person which is also bad.
