DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LIFE THREATENED!! TERRIBLE!! Staff threatened us when we were upset about our reservation not being able to be honored when we had set plans. Then proceeded to follow us towards the door which was scary. Made a reservation online for a trip and went to pick up the vehicle only to be told there was no car for me and there was nothing they could do. The office in Delray, is inside Hertz . Everyone was pleasant, accommodating and on top of things. They explained the charges and it matched when I checked out. Unlike other companies I recently dealt with. I Highly recommend them.
