The office in Delray, is inside Hertz . Everyone was pleasant, accommodating and on top of things. They explained the charges and it matched when I checked out. Unlike other companies I recently dealt with. I Highly recommend them.

Rented through Thrifty, once I arrived there is no sinage outside to designate that it is Thrifty. It is inside the Hertz building. The service representative is named Danny, he was very polite and helpful even though he is swamped with rentals. I rented for thanksgiving, the busiest time of the year, so it’s important to have patience with these representatives as they are just trying to do their jobs. Rented/reserved a car for my retired parents. They took an uber to get it and they had NO cars to rent them. They had to pay for an uber home and the employee said their system was down and my mom had to call thrifty to get a refund?!!!? what kind of service is this? they made no attempt to remedy and offer my parents a discount in the future. I have used this location numerous times in the past but thinking its time to use a different company! Why would they call beforehand to tell my parents not to come!? why take a reserv... read more
