STAY AWAY: I have rented cars for my entire life. Never have I been charged overage charge when under an hour late. My per day rental was 60 a day (already a scam). They charged me an extra 75 buck for 40 mins late on a compact in bad weather. These people are not professional and will STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I rented there tons of times in the past but now the new owners SUCK!! Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst rental agency staff I’ve dealt with. They pretend to be mindful and helpful, but in reality you cannot trust what they say. Prices are not fixed, and instead of genuinely guiding the customer, they push options that serve their own interests. Poor service, poor quality. Always double-check online for better offers before committing. Do not rely on the staff’s advice.
This is the worst company. I had made a reservation a day before and when I showed up there was NO car available. They know how to take reservation but are not able to honor it. It was a terrible experience. What a nightmare.
