Called on 11/27/2011. I was quoted a rental fee of $169 for a full size car for 5 days. I was told there would be a 15% added fee. I showed up at the Ontario location. I was greeted by a young man. He explained to me the $169 charge. He also wanted me to purchase additonal insurance coverage at $80 for the week. I declined. He was very upset.
