When we arrived and were sent to pick up the rental we had agreed on there were no more left in the parking area. We went to to kiosk and were told to go to another area and pick up another car. There was another car available for us and we were on our way. Just a short delay in us getting to our destination.
Brand new. Easy going staff.

Everything went smoothly
I only leave one star because we can't click Zero stars. Reserved a car weeks in advance at Denver airport. Rental desk manager was too busy arguing with his employees to pay attention to the conversation. I specifically said NO EXTRA coverage and he added it anyway. In addition to all of the highest levels of road assistance, etc. So in addition to the $301 I paid online for the reservation, they billed me another $376 in "extras". The gentleman working the counter when I arrived was very pleasant and personable. The car was nice and handles well. Checking back in was a breeze. Overall a terrific experience.
Very quick access to our vehicle. Vehicle provided was a smoking auto and heavily used given it only had 30,000 miles.
