I have used Thrifty Auto Repair several times before and the work was satisfactory. But yesterday I was so disappointed in how they quoted me a price but added other to it without my knowledge and charged me $100.00 more! Then my vehicle was not fixed, the problem still exists even worse now than when i brought it in. I paid over $700. for them to reolace a part that was not the problem. I am giving them a chance to fix it. I will report next week of my outcome. Very disappointed. Missing 5days from work!

My husband and I have had two cars with them for suspension issues and they did great work at a fair price. And they called with a price quote before starting the work, so there were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. Aaron and Jason were very helpful, listened to my concerns and gave honest feedback.
Excellent service, kept in contact with me and got me in with completion of work same day. Great place!
The work and customer relations is terrible! Don't go there the work is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they are so great then why hasn't Michelle contacted me about they sloppy work that was done on my truck and made it right??? She only contacted me to ask me to take my post down. We've been using Thrifty Auto Repair for years and I find the entire staff to be professional and they have done excellent work on our cars. We have found them to be honest and very price competitive. I would never take my car to a dealership when I can have Thrifty do everything that needs to be done.
I have taken various vehicles to Thrifty Auto Repair for over 20 years and have always been happy with the staff and service. I now live about 45 minutes away, but still go to Thrifty for major repairs because I trust the manager and staff. Several years ago, I took my Honda to the dealership for a recall and they presented me with an estimate of repairs needed for over $4000.
