Our suv was well priced and it was ready for our adventure. We traveled up and down 95 and it drove well, accommodating all 6 passengers with charging points and cup holders. The advertised name only speaks of the price but it should include PLUS, because there were plenty of them.
Literally returned my car 3 minutes after gassing. I get a email while I’m at the gate at the airport that I’m getting 20 dollar charge for fuel. I ran BACK to the counter because I’m early.and show her the receipt - she says ‘Telematics’ has said the tank is 96% full but she would manage the account. I’ve got a thread going g with customer service now because I have all of the receipts. Make sure you get the intake person to give you an actual receipt. Continues to ring busy. Over and over again When the line does go through you are left on hold for a very long time. Nobody answers the phone . I don’t understand how a rental company would only have one working phone line very frustrating experience
