The counter person was great, but the car didn't seem to be cleaned from the previous renter. Opened the glove box to fin leftover food containers still in it from the previous renter. Didn't appear to be cleaned on the outside either. Have used Thrifty many times, but this was not acceptable. Not sure if I will use them again.
The actual rental place is hertz and it was difficult to find the GPS does not lead u to the proper entrance also the parking when u r picking up a car is not good as u can only park for 15 min at threat of being towed Also what ever the cost of yr rental is they need to put a hold for double that amount wich they don't tell u before hand. The girl behind the counter was friendly so I'll give them 3 stars but only cuz she was nice and helpful.
