Jasmin at the TSH HERTZ/THRIFTY/DOLLAR Car Rental Service, makes it a PLEASURE to rent a vehicle from her office in Walnut Creek. I was able to do everything necessary to skip the counter and just have someone hand me the keys to the rental, so I could just drive off. Another time I rented a vehicle I just reserved a vehicle, then went through the counter and found that was very easy as well.
