As another customer stated, I chose manager's special and received an EV. Asked to switch to a gas powered vehicle since I would have no access to a charging station and I was charged an upgrade fee. Terrible business. Save the headache and rent from ANY other company!
Terrible customer service at RDU. Forced to upgrade for a gas car when reservation was not for an EV. Failed to correct the issue.
