EDIT: the disgusting motel doesn’t state hours. The caretaker is lying. None of your reviews take ownership- always deflecting and gaslighting. I was not disruptive - she wanted to reboot her computer inside while I stood outside in -30 - she is inhumane wouldn’t let me wait inside and she’s aware that I’m in a sensitive situation. She forced me to check out after the first night this is whole lie. No calls were made and it was unnecessary to check in and out after the first night for a 2 night booking. This is an extremely rude lady She turned me away even though I had a booking she made me check out after the first night even though I had 2 nights booked . As if it’s the first time I stay in a hotel. I am in crisis I’m booked through an agency She knew her money is guaranteed yet chose to act difficult The hotel was closed and she was sleeping so she got mad she had to get up to do her job On top of all she made me wait in -30 weather She’s a disgusting lady. Awful hotel! My room was dirty so I had to clean it. Paid for a kitchenette and it was empty, had to ask for kitchen and staff were reluctant to give me any, got the bare minimum and staff handed me one bowl one spoon one saucepan and then pulled them back demanding that I wash them before checkout! There were bugs in my bed and at least one mouse living in my room! I told the front desk about this andsaid that Iwouldlikea refund for the 2 days that I wouldn't be able to stay, she laughed at me , threatened to call the polic... read more
