I booked this hotel and realized the very next day that I had selected the wrong dates. I contacted them right away to cancel and correct the mistake, but instead of offering a credit, rescheduling option, or even partial refund, they flat out refused to return any of my money. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite it being an honest mistake and well in advance of the stay. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be booking here again.
The room smelt like urine and there was chewed up gum in the bed sheets which is absolutlety disgusting. Found the staff to be a bit rude and the couch was already broken when we got there.
