The desk manager open the window and immediately shook his head and practically refused us service immediately. Asked for credit card which we didn't have afterwards but that immediate head shaking spelled some sort of unfair judgment by appearance, in my opinion.. 🫴😶🫴

The only reason I'm giving this motel one star is because of its convenient location near restaurants, shops, and gas stations. However, I wouldn’t feel safe walking around the area at night, given the constant sound of police sirens throughout our stay (we heard them 4 to 5 times overnight). The motel's Google listing is incredibly misleading—it links to a different hotel entirely, which created confusion about the location and gave us unrealistic expectations based on inaccurate photos. These people are scammers, I booked this motel online. When I went there to check in, the old guy at the front told me why you entered my property, you should have park at the street and come in for check in then enter my property. I don’t know if he was on drug and something. Then asked me to leave and will not give me room or any refund. I called the police and they said they have already soo many complaints for this motel already but can’t do anything as it is a civil matter to get money back. Towels and pillows have smell as if it hasn’t been washed in awhile. Front desk guy was rude. And false advertising. The page showed free breakfast and that check out is at 12 but there was no breakfast and we were firmly told check out is at 11.
