Terrible experience here. Was driving from Alberta to Toronto and encountered this motel. There’s an old man asking me if my credentials are real and took a photo of my ID and credit card both front and back. The room was disgusting with bugs creeping in corners and dirt markings all over the toilets, doors and tub. The smell was awful as well. My sleep was terrible as well. Inexpensive. Nothing super fancy but clean with everything you need.
Awfully rude staff, uncleanly rooms, and bugs underneath our mattress.
Very poor customer service over the phone. Do not even prefer to stay there. I do not how they serve if I book there rooms. Very rude behaviour over the call. Do not think you are the only one who is having a hotel and we guys have lot of option.
NEVER BOOK HERE!!! The staff were incredibly rude and confrontational immediately before I even said a word to them. Did not give me the room I booked, shower did not work, TV did not work, air conditioning did not work. Avoid at all costs. Absolute garbage.
