Whole heartly recommended Thriflodge to those who have to come to Moncton for any business. Absolutely clean room, warmly great service (by Sam and Ryan), and conveniently location. It locates on Mountain Road which only 5+ minutes away from a hospital and mountain road is the main road where we can find any chain stores and food restaurants. Stayed at this motel last night and it was a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was poor — the bathroom tub was dirty, and even the tap screw was loose. On top of that, there was constant noise coming from the AC, which sounded like mice and made it hard to sleep. The next morning breakfast was even worse. There was no juice in the machine, and the coffee was cold and tasted old. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all. Definitely would not come back.
If you can afford it : Do not stay there. The bed looked well made but my mattress had no zipped cover, the box was filled with crumbs and dirt. There’s moulds in the bathroom. Barely no toilet paper. Upon arrival the windows were opened and it stank like if someone just smoked. The walls have weird stains, the place isn’t in great shape and needs love.
Rented through Wyndam app. Room stunk like cigarette smoke. Burns in bedside table. Top sheet was burned. Pulled back bedding and found a piece of glass that appears to be from a broken Crack or meth pipe. See pics
Appalling, disgusting, hazardous waste, filthy Check in time was for 3 PM. The door was missing glass. Our screens weren’t connected to our windows. What looked to be white fluids were on the sheets. The floors were sticky. Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty, Dirt and residue on doors door frames walls, windows.. bathroom filthy..
