Horrible place. Hallways and exterior was filthy, cigarette butts and garbage left everywhere. Rooms were ok but asked for extra pillows and towels, never received them even after multiple requests over 2 days. Toilet seat was loose and u almost slid off it every time u sat down, again asked repeatedly for it to be fixed to no avail. When checking out the desk clerk insisted it had been fixed and just gave excuses for all other deficiencies. Very poor service, will not return

1) Filthy outside. Trash, litter, cigarette butts, plastic, -- trash cans packed to the top. 2) Rooms have dirty walls, badly patched, dust on shelves, dust in the A/C 3) Smells bad - a/c helps clear that 4) bathroom: mould on ceiling and around bathtub 5) A/C is far too noisy to run at night even on lowest fan setting 6) Towels are small and low quality; bedspread is cheap crud. 7) Photo on Google maps is years out of date - this place is run down now. 8) I saw the "Continental Breakfast" and bailed (I recommend "Jean's Res... read more

If this is what $305 a night gets you they i pray everyone stays away... rooms were dirty had earwigs,plugs were not working so couldn't charge phone,bathroom disgusting son put a towel in tub to stand on to take shower when he was done towel was brown from water,air conditioner not working properly and duct taped in place.. tv at highest volume could not be heard....they actually had the nerve to take a $100 damage deposit and went to check room before returning it to us....there was a panel at calf level on the wall with 4... read more

Have you ever smelt a weird smell in Moncton well it's probably coming from this place. The rooms were dirty and poorly cleaned, the toilet had a hard time flushing and the microwave and mini fridge were very dirty. It had a indoor pool and just being near it would make you drown on land because of how bad the smell was. The pool had little to no filtration system and there was mouse/rat poop at the bottom, and in the changing room there was a toilet clogged by human waste. The pool was also freezing. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. booked a room here as we were completely out of options to stay, and regretted it immediately. asked the lady at the desk about the reviews and she straight up lied to us that the place had no problems and we were actually getting the best room. walked into the room, and there were holes in the plaster, a bad smell in the room and it was overall very dirty. saw two bugs crawl across the floor and immediately went to the front desk to get a refund. we were told that we had to email th... read more
