If I could give zero stars I would. We weren’t even there for 10 minutes and ended up getting a full refund and booking somewhere else. Absolutely terrible service and disgusting rooms. We found bloodstains and needles laying around! Please save yourself the misery and book somewhere else
Honestly by all the comments online we almost canceled our stay here. But honestly it wasn't as bad as some comments stated. Yes don't get me wrong it wasn't the best we have stayed at but definitely not the worst throughout nova Scotia and New Brunswick trust me.. yes the pool area smell like my grandparents musty old basement but not sure if they have proper ventilation and that's why the smell expensive but easy fix with the right crew. How this place is allowed top operate, is mind blowing. Its not even fit for animals, little lo humans. The room smelled like urine, and the palce is literally falling apart..No renovations done in the last while. Furniture in the rooms is stained, the toilet seat was so used, and old, you may need a tetnus shot after using it. Mold all around the tub, around the windows. let me tell you about the “BEST” place to stay in moncton! 5-5 stars.! let me explain: this place is absolutely horrendous. everything disgusting. stains everywhere including the bedsheets, walls, floors, pillows and toilet. bug everywhere, smells of cigarette and landfill, stairs are moldy, dead bug in WINDOW, toilet doesn’t flush, toilet paper gone within 3 uses of toilet, dirt on the floor everywhere, workers don’t understand basic english, extremely unhygienic, creeps and druggies staring and roaming, over 330 dollars fo... read more
Best deal for the price. $190 including taxes and charges for four adults. And for this price, breakfast included. Convenient location. When I book hotel rooms, I check the reviews for the washrooms. At this place, the washrooms are the cleanest I’ve come across in the past couple of years and look recently renovated. Only minus is, the washroom near cafeteria is not that much clean. And the corridor to the washroom is blocked with some Amazon cartons. Still, I’d recommend this place for a nice stay in Moncton NB.
