Simply have not had a good experience working with Thrift Management and would not recommend buying or renting any property managed by this company. Since spring of 2022, various enhancements have been mentioned in our building (security cameras, new laundry machines, getting a ladder to address some building issues when it rains heavily). None of these have occurred over the past several months, and no letters updating residents get sent on behalf of this management company to explain the delays. Just simply have not had a good experience working with them and would not recommend buying or renting any property managed by this company. The record of expenses where I live once had some clear errors when calculating an annual budget. Although this review may deter others from moving here and potentially cost me money when I sell, I’d rather be honest for anyone who is contemplating residing in a property managed by this company. I would avoid any property managed by this organization.
