I am very pleased with the service I received. I was notified before the technicians arrived, which was close to the time I requested. John was especially helpful. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I did have a problem a week later ( which turned out was not due to anything the technician did). Again, John explained what happened and was able to correct the problem after double checking everything. I would highly recommend this company!
The entire crew worked on this project, Even James and Robert brought the jackhammer by, the crew of two, worked hard and steady to completion. They also checked with me on any major changes needed to accomplish the end result, which was very satisfactory.
Super responsive and scheduled me very quick! John did a great job and made sure to get the project done to the details I needed. Will definitely call them again. Project - addition of washer hookups and installation of kitchenette.
