Dr. Mattie and the vet techs are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The receptionist, RoseAnne was a piece of work- she got the wrong folder with the wrong last name (it's not the 1st time), so I kept repeating my last name to her. She kept asking if my name was under "Rosemary" and I kept saying that was not my last name and she raised her tone saying, "WHAT'S YOUR FIRST NAME?"
