I'm glad I took my dog to Three Trails Animal Hospital. They take the time to listen to you and figure out your animals needs. They work with you and actually care about the animals well being. I would recommend this Hospital to my friends and family.
I was not impressed with Three Trails today when I tried to make an appointment for my cat. I had use of a car for today but not for Thursday and Friday. I was told there were no appointments available today but that I could come in Thursday or Friday. No compassion at all. Just "we are too busy" and click.
Dr. Shrock is amazing and the front desk staff are so nice.
I love this facility, the staff is so nice and helpful. Dr Rhodes & Dr Schrock are very knowledgeable and caring. They spend the time with you and your pet that is needed to find what is wrong and make sure you understand and answer all your questions. I have been going here for years and will not go anywhere else. Thank you all for taking care of my babies!
Best vet ever I will never take my pets to any other vet thank you to all the staff that has always been great to me and my dog every time we visit
Dr.Shrock is my babies primary veterinarian. He's very knowledgeable and make sure I understand what's going on. I used to bring my dog here when he was having seizures, he made me feel better about the situation explaining to me what was going on. (Later found out he had a brain tumor.) He always made sure Sarge was medicated and comfortable. I trust these people with my babies.tthe veterinarians assistants and receptionist are awesome as well :)
My animals have been seen by Dr. Schrock since 1992,he is very caring,compassionate about his pts and their owners. A big thank you Dr. Schrock.
We've been going there for years. The dog we have now is the 6th animal we've had that they have taken care of. Very caring doctors and staff.
