We had a fairly simple project to improve our front yard with new mulch, plants and edging around the beds. The team was on time and on budget. We did have a small hiccup with our lighting and drip lines but they did they best to resolve in a timely matter. I would recommend them and will use them again!
Initial coordination was great, however communication regarding installation was lacking and team did not cleanup/sweep properly when job was completed. We had to do it ourselves. No follow up after providing feedback.
Excellent service. Very Knowledgeable of their landscape products. They clean up and respect your property. Will use them again for future needs and recommend them to our neighbors and HOA. Keep up the good work !!!
We hired Three Timbers to complete the landscaping for our new build home in November 2024. By spring 2025, over half of the plants they installed did not survive the winter and never came back. When I reached out, I was told they do not offer any type of plant guarantee, although they said they would come take a look to see what could be done.
