I have lived at 333 Oak Grove Street for about ten years now and I'm only moving to relocate to a different state. The location is great, with a three-minute walk to Loring Park, and both Downtown and Uptown within walking distance as well. I prefer vintage buildings with some charm over a new-construction white box, so the age of the building is actually a bonus for me. Family owned and well-managed; I have enjoyed living here for many years. I like the large balconies, accessible location and available parking options.
Great location near Loring Park and downtown. Management is local and family run and available 24/7 via text / phone. Don’t have a separate management company to slow down promptness of repairs/requests. They are very attentive to renters needs and concerns . I am among other longtime residents (7+years) that call this place home.
It is a great place to live with fair pricing. Owners are very attentive to issues brought up and take action promptly. They are also quite accommodating to tenants' needs and are willing to work with you. Great location with the Walker Art Center and Loring Park just a block away, and beautiful view of the cities from the balcony.
