I decided to try out Pilates for the first time and Elaine and Ella are super friendly and knowledgeable. It been such a fun experience. They also have a fitness groups and you can really get a good sweat from. I love it here.

I attended a fitness group session and a basic Pilates session. The trainers are skillful as they guided me through the forms. Sessions are tough and motivating, but the trainers were there to encourage me to push myself. It was such a rewarding time both physically and mentally, though I was exhausted after. The studio focuses on movement with purpose. There are two areas, one for fitness, and one for Pilates. Both spaces are clean, bright, and welcoming. I drive from Surrey to Lougheed every Thursday and Saturday because it’s absolutely worth the travel. After being in a car accident, the Pilates sessions at Three Step Fitness Pilates were a true lifesaver for me. I had tried passive treatments like chiropractic care and massage, but they didn’t help relieve my pain.
