He is so awesome! Does a lot of hard work for his tenants and takes care of business. Really love all he has had to offer to help!
I've rented from this company for 4.5 years. Best landlord. No, he's not checking in on you every 5 seconds. I've loved both houses. Low cost! Low deposit. Hard to find places like his! The lady above probably wrecked his house. We have 5 kids and I know we weren't perfect. Left the other house clean and did our best. Never had to pay any fees.
This guy is a rip off artist! He will scam you and take your money.
