Too expensive & not clean repair job I am a first time customer and also the last time customer at the Three Star Auto Service. For replacing a small part, less then $40, Christ charged me 6 times of the part cost with an invoice without hours and hourly rate. So expensive! The repair job was not clean. My CD box cover in the trunk was removed to under the driver seat and not returned to the original place. My trunk was a mess after the repair. had a problem with a rude pump attendent .i asked to speak to a manager,he said in a nasty tone,that i have to go through him first. he acually scared me. dont go to that station!!
very Happy With Work Done There – I needed work done on my S10 and made a few call to a few local shops and and when i spoke to Three star they where so nice i brought my pickup there they explain all the work i needed gave me a very good est and when the work was done they even came and picked me up so i could get my truck the bill was what thay said it was they also explained everything and the owner Lew Petrone came out and talked with me and also gave me a 1 year nation wide warrenty 2 years if i can get back to them THE... read more

Imagine this person (Ford 1234) writing a review against my shop and for this shop on the very same day stating two different things. On my shop he says he was ripped off and went to the dealer. Hmm, one can only guess why he wrote two reviews to competing shops. ;) Luckily my reputation speaks for itself.
