I'm leaving a star but only because I have to in order to leave a review. This org is not people friendly. They only care about their bottom line. RUN in the other direction!!!! The people running this place are terrible human beings with no sense of kindness. If you have any issue with your apartment they will do everything in their power to put the issue on YOU. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT WITH THREE-SIXTY. They are horrible with communication, gave a “12 hour notice” for an entire week (said they would enter at anytime over the span of the week), and over charge for everything. The apartment was dirty when we first moved in. Left it way cleaner when we left and they still charged $300 off our security deposit. They expect college students to pay for professional carpet cleaning.. what a joke. Only realty company that has ever done this. Just sage yourself PLENTY of time and money and stay away.

Absolutely horrible. Their advertisements are filled with lies, they have ZERO customer service skills, and on top of all that, they’re still gonna charge you as if you actually were living in luxury apartments.
