Writing this review the day after our wedding, on our way to our honeymoon, because I was SO impressed by the way Three Sisters planned and ran our wedding day! They are truly a one-stop shop for any wedding needs, which is perfect for a busy bride. My wife and I can't begin to thank Heather and her Three Sisters team enough for our wedding this past weekend. We had a non-traditional vision for our weekend and they helped us execute everything perfectly. As a venue coordinator, I’ve worked with a wide range of event professionals, and it was such a pleasure to collaborate with someone who was calm, organized, and easy to work with throughout the day. I wish I could be writing a glowing review of our wedding planner. But our experience was stressful, disappointing, and at times devastating--and I would never recommend her to anyone. From the very beginning, there were repeated failures in communication, follow-through, and basic coordination. She mishandled our shuttle service, which caused me--the bride--to arrive 45 minutes late to my own ceremony. She also had no coordination of communicating where I was.
