I purchased my last 2 full set of tires here. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told by an employee to "Come back on a better day when the sun is out" for tire rotation. We had light intermittent drizzle at the time. The time before that, I was told by the same employee that they were too busy (for rotation). Oil change: Employee came to car window to have me start my car. They had not yet put the new oil in my car so it was a dry start. Ran approximately one minute...
