Professional, courteous, and friendly! They get the job done and they do it right. They didn’t push any extras we didn’t need. I bring that up because I was asking about getting a new thermostat and they told me the one we have is still very good. Then we were shown how to use it. We weren’t doing certain settings correctly. I really appreciate that.
