What a great business, I bought a new to me home and called for a service and coil cleaning. They were on time and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a fair quote but when the techs examined my unit they showed me photos indicating that the coils were clean and did not need cleaning. They simply charged me a small service fee. How many companies would do this? They were exceptionally professional, on time and honest. They will be my go to from now on. Great company!!!!
Three Rivers did an excellent job meeting my needs and helping me understand what I was buying. Our service man was the BEST installer of anything that I ever bought!!! He was very professional, clean work area and VERY POLITE!!! You will not regret using Three Rivers for your air and heating needs!!!!!!!
We hired Three Rivers to install a mini-split unit in an upstairs room we were finishing. The customer service was great from beginning to end and the installation went smoothly. They presented us with a few options and were very responsive. I feel the price was fair for the service and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Installed Trane mini split - it had a failed blower motor at install - I now come to find out they had difficulty getting the system to hold a charge at install but they did not disclose this to me. I asked that my system be added to my other two systems maintenance plan and their response was that they did not know how to do this and would get back to me - they never did.
