I was attacked by a dog at my workplace and was seen by Dr. Petrisor and his team. The kindness and compassion displayed by each and every one of them exceeded my expectations. I sincerely hope I never need to see them again for surgery, but if I do, I have complete confidence in their expertise and care.
Very strongly advise, if you are disabled in any way, physically or mentally, find another place. This office will make judgements about you and your care, before they even meet you, then continually apologize for making YOU feel uncomfortable with their behavior.
Excellent care for oral surgery. Timely friendly staff. Great personal after surgery phone call follow up by Dr. Jelmini. All is well and much appreciated.
At first, I was super nervous for my wisdom tooth surgery, but from the moment I walked in the door, they treated me with such graciousness and kindness. They answered all the questions that I had to ask. Provided me with blanket and chapstick to take home along with a little care bag. I’ve never felt so valued at a dentist before They were so gentle and caring and nurturing. This is the best dentist facility I have ever been to In my life. Highly recommend!
One of the first surprises was that they don't accept Medicare. At all. So a word to the wise: if your procedure might be covered by Medicare, go elsewhere. They did not mention this up front, instead they waited until I arrived for my appointment. I imagine I would have been billed for a missed appointment if I had walked out.
