Worst experience I've ever had. I waited 2 hrs to be seen despite having an appointment and arriving 30 minutes earlier. I was seen on 8th of the month but I never received my results until I drove to their offices on 2nd of the following month. The nurse to Dr. Bridgers never received or returned calls nor did his office respond to portal messages. Mind you, I received my bill 2 weeks after my appointment and I always got a timely response on bill related issues
Dr Bridges is a great knowledgeable person with compassion. His staff is exceptional his nurse Tina is caring and really follows up on requests.
They are the best.... period.
Incompetent staff, rescheduled an appointment for over a month out without notifying the patient. blaming it on a “new staff members mistake,” understandable but when would I have been notified? These ppl are not friendly, when you walk in they treat you like an intruder with no greetings like you’re bothering them by checking in. I’m glad they rescheduled me so I could cancel and never return.
