BEWARE Three Rivers NON Legal Services – The lawyers in the place are clueless BEWARE!! Just because my bankruptcy had been discharged last year, the non lawyer told me to file a motion that the mortgage had been discharged in the bankruptcy and that would stop any further legal proceedings in the FORECLOSURE. Had she of known law, she would have realize that the info she provided was completely inaccurate. At least I was smart enough to read the BK discharge and know that it wouldn't work.
