Low star rating explains it all. I won't be going back here ever again the PA was rude and took his job 2 seriously when it comes to a DOT exam. I never in my life have had to jump through more hoops from any medical facility to get my DOT card, they are very strict here and require way more steps than my primary care doctor. He refused to give me the DOT card because of my vision even though I brought in the vision exempt paperwork and he acted like he knew the law when in reality he was being a total jerk... Amazing doctors and staff if you are in need of urgent care! Never had an issue!
I've always when needing to use I med have been very satisfied with the service. The girls at the reception desk are always nice and the wait time is not to long. The staff has always been helpful.
