Zella at reception is extremely rude (so off-putting I suspect they keep her to trim the offensively disproportionate client list). GPs are wonderful but so oversubscribed that it’s impossible to get an appointment in less than 4 weeks, by which time you will likely not need it (unless you are somehow able to schedule illness or are simply seeking a referral in which case Qoctor.com.au is cheaper and far more efficient).
