Very bad parts dept guy on phone 20 mins I was standing there no one else could help they can keep there $50 core could not help at dam wost Ford dealership parts dept i will never ever but ford with this very worst part dept stay away from this Ford dealership

Three Rivers Ford has been my family’s go to dealer for purchase and repair of trucks and cars for many years. The service department keeps me updated on the vehicles problem and what repair entails. I can leave my vehicle there and trust I will be treated right. That’s a rarity in today’s world. Definitely a Three Rivers Ford fan !
Absolutely horrible! I paid 100 for a full detail and they did not do anything on the inside of the truck.
