Absolutely one of the best experiences. We were traveling and had some car trouble and they fit us right in and got us back on the road in no time! Absolutely the best service department! Everyone was so friendly and the waiting area fully stocked with coffee and drinks! Thank you so much for taking care of us! If I’m ever in the area I will definitely go back and will recommend to my friends!
The heavy set, mid 30s, Hispanic sales person or lot attendee blocks the diesel pumps next door with a mustang. Then she goes inside to argue about the receipt and I asked if she would move the car so we could fill up, she flips us off and leaves the car for another 5-10 minutes. Then I realize she works at the ford dealership when she comes back to the car and starts yelling at me in her uniform.
