Everything is great with the clinical side of the practice except the billing and reminders. They put out an elaborate Christmas card every year but can't remind you when it's time to make your colonoscopy appointment. Also with billing, they know the insurance company fee schedules and ask you to pay your share before hand and then bill you again after the procedure. Why not collect all at once, since you know what we owe?

Colon cancer runs in my family! I have had 4 colonoscopies at Three Rivers Endoscopy. They have from the first to the fourth been the best! Informative, extremely professional, kind. Its all so very quick and totally painless. Just have to follow their instructions and no problems at all. Once again another Colonscopy! The best employees, answered all my questions. The easiest way to prevent the 2nd highest cancer. The professional people here are wonderful!
I had a procedure at this office with Dr Mahoney. From the moment I walked in this office every single staff member was warm, kind and it put me at ease. Dr. Mahoney has an excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend this practice overall. Re: endoscopy center, colonoscopy. Be not afraid. DONT DELAY YOUR COLONOSCOPY.
They are more proud and put more time and thought into their Christmas cards than they are providing service to their patients. I had to reschedule an overdue colonoscopy due to another surgery that took precedence within a week of my original procedure. The scheduler instructed me to use the same paperwork and prescriptions sent to me earlier for the original colonoscopy procedure. I called them to clarify my arrival time and instructions only to learn that I was scheduled for an office visit, not a colonoscopy procedure. H... read more
