Completed a colonoscopy today with Dr. Frank Kim. He was very kind and professional. The entire team was, especially so early in the morning. Shout out to nurse Lisa and Anesthetist “Jimmy” for making me feel welcome. I do have to say though, I miss the birds. Bring back the waiting room aviary! : )
I had an upper GI yesterday and everything went very smooth. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable at ease so you don't have to be nervous. They tell you everything that's going to go on. They tell you when time you arrive for your appointment and they take you in. I'll take you out on a scheduled time. You're taken care of the whole time. Today’s colonoscopy exam was my fourth visit to TREC. Each time I had a procedure done at this office, I have found the physician’s very knowledgeable, confident,and competent in their profession. Both the professional staff and the support staff were helpful, by answering my questions, allaying my concerns, and addressing my needs doing the visit. As Dr Fusco says ‘ colonoscopy saved my life’. I was worried that the prep would make me so sick, but with prescribed nausea pills and utilizing the pill prep method, it was not bad at all. Yes, you do need to stay close to the bathroom when prepping, but full prep stats at 6pm the day before. If you follow the prep instructions provided, it is not a bad experience. Everything went smoothly the day of the colonoscopy. The team at Three Rivers really takes care of you and you feel safe.
Dr. Lester Stein...you saved my life 7 years ago... Your front office staff is actually unavailable or refuses to be reached by phone or online to make an appointment with you for another procedure...Please help Dr. Stein...
