They are more proud and put more time and thought into their Christmas cards than they are providing service to their patients. I had to reschedule an overdue colonoscopy due to another surgery that took precedence within a week of my original procedure. The scheduler instructed me to use the same paperwork and prescriptions sent to me earlier for the original colonoscopy procedure. I'm sure no one has ever said this but I "love" going to Three Rivers Endoscopy Center and see Dr. Fusco. Haha! The entire office staff is friendly and professional. They actually make a colonoscopy fun! While the prep isn't great, the procedure is a breeze. Everyone takes the time to talk to you and get to know you and make sure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend this office. And I look forward to returning in 5 years! :)
If you like condescending doctors, this is the place for you. They'll brush off your questions, act like it's ridiculous that you want to know more about the brief explanation they gave and just seem to want to push you out. Gave 2 stars for the location/parking and the nurse staff seemed nice. Doctors could try not talking down to patients and actually maybe listen to patients.
Very caring staff.. colonoscopy was explained in detail and done with perfection.
