had a recent stint in inpatient here and was mistreated by the staff so severely that the day after i was discharged i literally emergency moved out of the state of pennsylvania just to insure that if a situation ever arises where i need psych intervention again they cannot send me here at least.
I was a patient here and had a great experience with every one, The Techs,and Nurses went well above average to meet my needs. couple of down falls. If, you have money the owners treat you extra special, like Bernadette Kok. She acted like she was at a four star hotel. she got to eat in her room,and have a special radio to call for help. Before my review of this facility begins, I want to thank these individuals that helped me through this horrible stsy in June; Jayla Theresa Taylor Cora Alexis Ashley Jaleel These helpful & caring employees pulled me thru this horror! I was in this facility for 11 days. It is designed for acute psychological problems. My wife has been there for week. She calls me everyday of things that going on there. Her prescription hasn't been right since she has been there. Medicine prescibed that we didnt want. Nurse's that refuse to give medication and laugh about. Nurses that are rude and condescending. Susan inpaticular. There some good nurses there that actually care. But the bad outway the good. Personally I cant wait for my wife to get out of there.
I was able to take a tour of the hospital recently, and it is a very lovely facility. They have spacious hallways that support safe and easy mobility, a beautiful common area for activities and lunch, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend families to bring their loved ones to Three Rivers Behavioral Health for their psychiatric needs.
