3 Rivers Auto plex in Muskogee Oklahoma they have illegally and unlawfully detained my vehicle that I am purchasing it from them. I am not behind on my payment as of today. They refused to give me my keys when I brought it to be serviced. They told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and drove it all over town for 45 minutes.
