Karen is a wonderful therapist. She has expertise in working with individuals across the lifespan. She helped me identify patterns that were no longer serving me, build self-awareness about ADHD symptoms and executive function, and support me through a challenging time.
Three Pines Therapy is amazing!!! My son has some trouble regulating his emotions and Karen has helped him so much. She is very kind and patient. He always looks forward to his sessions and spending time with her. I am so thankful that we have found her. I highly recommend Three Pines Therapy!
