I choose them because of good reviews. Sometimes the reviews mislead (I am not sure why, but everyone knows why). They visited the home, suggested some improvements. I signed the contract. They did not rent my rental property for 3 months and no updates from them. It is good property in a rentable area. I lost some rent income. So, I canceled the contract with them.
My original review didn't include an explanation, but after reading the dishonest comment from the owner, decided to clarify. I stopped using the Three Pillars PM services after trying to communicate for 2 weeeks via emails/phone calls and no one responded. I approved 2 voucher candidates, but due to the PM being out, no one else continued the applications. See the picture that shows my emails to the PM, and compare it to what the owner said/lied. I’ve dealt with Jermey Klaes for years, who’s one of the maintenance techs at the company. He’s always been honest and straight up with me. It’s always been a pleasure working with him. I would definitely recommend him.
