Encountered one of their crewmen in Lake Forest. They cut us off and when we honked they started making threatening faces at us and encouraging us to get out of the car. This person was not only shockingly rude but incredibly unprofessional and I swore I would never use this company for anything in the future. It’s all about how employees conduct themselves while on the job and while representing their company.
