Rang Charlotte to book service and she arranged for Billy to come to us at home. He arrived dead on time and introduced himself. He worked on the van for about 3 hours. Initially see an ad on marketplace for a Lunar Clubman Caravan within our price range. Despite being two hours away after speaking with Charlotte we went to view the caravan. She came across very professional and told us there was a couple of issues that needed addressing but made sure it was to our satisfaction. We laid a deposit and she confirmed there would be no problem delivering the caravan to us. Was recommended by a friend. We are new to caravanning, so were not 100% sure what would best suit are needs. Our concerns didn't last long, Charlotte was so professional and understood our needs, nothing was too much trouble. She explained about different makes and models. When we visited the premises Charlotte showed us round and was very polite and courteous. Can't recommend this enough, 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you Charlotte.
