OK, not trashy or dumpy not beautiful either pretty reasonably priced
New owners. They repaved the drive & maybe cut down a tall tree , replaced old washer dryers with new. Of course changed name from Meres . Increased rent Idk if other park residents lot rents changed or not (unlikely it decreased). They seem like nice enough people and are quickly attentive to any problems that arise.
I was a tenant in a camper there I had a safe enjoyable time why I live there
