Disappointed with Three Oaks & their integrity. As a full time caregiver Respite (in the Medicare handbook under Hospice) is something that is covered by Medicare along with the transportation to/from the facility. Three Oaks has advised that they would only cover the Respite stay but that I would have to pay for the transportation out of pocket. My question was WHY? Staff is genuinely compassionate about their patients. The process was easy and quick to start services. We love our Nurse and Social Worker.
From the moment I first contacted Three Oaks Hospice, the care my grandmother received was nothing short of exceptional. They acted quickly to get her started with services and went above and beyond to ensure her comfort from day one. The hospice staff were very kind and helpful. The grief counseling I have received has truly been comforting and supportive.
