My previous perception about Hospice was incorrect; I have always been uniformed about what Hospice entails. Now in my great family need, Mr. Perry Santana changed by telling me the full truth. Mr. Santana explained everything in detail and he left no stone unturned when it came to the full truth. When I needed help my grandpa I knew Mr. Santana was our only option. Best hospice care I receive for my father all the way around from beginning to end of service mostly important for me was the commutation was always there thank you to the entire team that made it possible and smooth transition greatly appreciated you guy’s will always be my go to hospice care to go with when needed in the future. Highly recommend

My younger sister was in their care in San Antonio. Her entire family lives in Missouri. We appreciate the level of care and compassion Stephanie was given, and the updates from Megan, her nurse. There are angels here on Earth. Thank you so much.

Three Oaks Hospice (Perry Santana) felt little the only one that helped me and my family when it seemed like no one else was. And a special thanks to the one person that’s been bathing my mom twice a week for this past year.(Aquarius) Thank you so very much! I know there lots more people who should be appreciated as well such as: Nurses, doctors, to the people that pick up and deliver equipment. Three Oaks Hospice is run very efficiently and easy to work with highly recommend.
