My family had an amazing experience! My dad’s nurse was a blessing to our family. Her kindness and compassion was beyond our expectations. We had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. I would highly recommend.
Our Three oaks family is wonderful and irreplaceable! Erica, Rose, Maria, Chaplain Nikki, Brian-amazing , caring people!!! They have all been a godsend especially Erica and Rose-My family and I would be totally lost without them!
Three Oaks Hospice was such a blessing for our Mother and for our family. The Hospice nurse, Lura, was so good with her and made sure all concerns were addressed. What a difference Lura and all the Three Oaks Hospice employees that cared for her made for her. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful care.
At the beginning, the admission process and the ladies we talked to were very nice, and we felt comfortable with our decision to choose this hospice. Unfortunately, it just didn’t turn out to be a good experience. Within the first week and a half, we had three different nurses. While we understand staffing issues, there was no communication, which was especially frustrating for my father-in-law, who valued consistency and wanted to know what was going on.
