When our dad was given the news that his liver cancer was terminal, the option for him to be placed in hospice care was given to him and that decision was made. Within minutes of the doctor and nurse being told, a representative, Brent, showed up. He was very polite, caring and informative. My brother and I sat with him and went through everything so my dad could receive the care he needed. Brent immediately took care of everything and lifted all of the weight from our shoulders.
